Len Thompson started in the hair industry in 1991 completing training with Vidal Sassoon, Toni and Guy and Aveda. Len joined the Van Michael Team in 1993. With over a decade in the industry Len has a faithful clientele at Van Michael Sandy Springs.  Len also is the Director of education for Van Michael salon creating and overseeing the program for New Talents and continuing education for senior stylists.

Carol’s inspiration comes from her client’s excitement to be in her chair, completing the circle of enthusiasm.  Clients are thrilled to be able to squeeze in an appointment with Carol and she is just as excited to accommodate them.  Carol has a passion for creating color from natural looking to the dramatic; she has mastered the art of coloring hair.  In addition to doing services for clients, Carol shares the enthusiasm she has for color weekly with students via the Van Michael Salon Education program.
