CANCELLATION POLICY
EFFECTIVE MARCH 1, 2023
Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments necessary. Cancellations and reschedules can easily be made on the VM Mobile App, by logging into your VM account online at www.vanmichael.zenoti.com/webstore or by calling any Van Michael location.
Our Policy:
- We respectfully request at least 6 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules.
- Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 6 hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the reserved services.
- If you are late for your service, we may not be able to fully accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our best to reschedule your service for another convenient time.
- A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file.
CREDIT CARD SURCHARGE
- Van Michael imposes a surcharge on all credit card transactions, which will not exceed our cost of acceptance.
